The Sollformat® KPS is a double piston extruder of the latest design suitable for all sugar, fat and fruit based materials which can be formed in plastic state to form confectionery and sweet center bars.
The self-programmable PC-control with graphical operator interface combined with servo-drives allows for an easy and quick reproducebility of product and capacity data.
Sollformat® KPS is available for following working widths:
400, 600, 800, 1000 und 1300 mm.

To prevent the penetration of soft and/or aerated centres into the wire belt of the enrober, the chocolate drop depositor first produces a chocolate base. This base acts as a carrier for the soft centre. With this method of operation the traditional pre-bottomer or the pre-enrober are no longer necessary for producing a satisfactory bottom coating.

A new process to produce very soft product centres
The Sollformat® KPS is ideally suited for rope forming of fat containing masses. Each nozzle is separately fed by a piston pump. This ensures an unsurpassed uniformity in size and weight. Two-colour co-extruded ropes can be produced also.

Additional interesting possibilities are offered by combining the Sollcofill® moulding plant with our automatic nut depositor.
The nut depositor can place whole hazelnuts or macadamia nuts in position in groups of 1 to 4 or alternatively it can dispense chopped nuts by volume.
The moulding machine dispenses liquid nut creme, chocolate or caramel on the pastry or directly onto the cooling belt to provide an adhesive base for the nuts.
The Sollformat® KPS is easy tomaintain. All parts in contact withthe product can be thoroughlycleaned. Feed rollers, rotary scraper,rotary vane and forming die aredesigned to be removable fromthe operation side. The removalof the feed rollers is supportedpneumatically. The operation isfacilitated by a specially designedservice trolley. Change from oneproduct shape to another isachieved within minutes.
